It will be best to schedule your flight in order to arrive at THE VILLA by 3 PM on Sept. 17 in order to be sure there will be no delays and have time to settle before our scrumptious dinner. It is about an hour drive from the Dallas airport.
If circumstances require you to fly in on Sept. 16, let me know and arrangements can be made for an extra night. I will already be there.
If transportation from the airport is needed, we can schedule that for you, however, the charge will be your responsibility.
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.
Cancellations made between Aug. 1, 2020, and Aug. 15, 2020, will result in a loss of 50% of the remaining trip price.
Any cancellation made after Aug. 16, 2020, will result in a total loss of funds.
EXCEPTION – IN THE CASE THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND!
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
We reserve the right to determine if you may not be a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full).
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
