Attraversiamo
LET’S CROSS OVER
I’m so glad you’ve made the choice to cross over with me! My favorite word is an Italian word – Attraversiamo. It means “let’s cross over.” (Yes, I stole it from the movie Eat, Pray, Love).
The photo of this bridge was taken at a pivotal time on a trip to Sea Ranch, CA. If you linger a bit and choose to walk this bridge with me, I warn you that your life will never be the same, as my heart touches yours and you learn more about my passion to LET YOUR GLOW SHOW! My heart is to connect with yours and build a soulful relationship as I envision walking hand in hand with you on this journey. A journey to live your inner light, all your passions, instead of denying or ignoring them in a paralyzing search for the permission slip to be YOU.
The GREAT NEWS is that you will no longer be stuck, living in the mire of
have-to / supposed-to.
You will, maybe for the first time, know YOU – all of you!
My purpose and message is simple:
You have an inner light – a purpose – and you are enough!
The second step is to check out my books. Fireflies is my first novel and Declutter Your Soul is my free eBook that capsulizes my passion and will guide you through soul nurturing, new perspectives on the truth about the path to LET YOUR GLOW SHOW! I am also a contributor to Goodness Abounds which is a wealth of stories of inspiration and encouragement.

I Wish I Could Stop Worrying About Life
I’ve been aware for decades of how our society, regardless of the economic or lifestyle culture, is captive in a cumulative bubble of anxiety, overwhelm, and well, worry – about everything. You know, the “what-if…”; the “if I’d only…”; the “what would they think…” Shall I go on?
Mostly because we have an inner dialogue – like that person we all know that never stops talking. It’s all background noise, like the music when you’re on hold, loud children, the TV you’re not even watching, machinery, traffic. You name it, it’s distracting and annoying. How many times have we all said, I can’t even think?
Exactly! We can’t even think.
SANCTUARY
I’ve learned and come to believe that Sanctuary is the breath of life.
If I were to ask you what Sanctuary means to you, how would you answer? For many of us, the first thought would be a particular place and remembrance from childhood. That’s because children have a strong instinct to withdraw (run away) in some way to feel protected, whether physically, from embarrassment, shame, expectations, or just an overall discomfort.
I now realize the value of that instinct
Clear Boundaries = Healthy Soul
It’s the overwhelming issue lying at the root of conversations and interactions with people. There are many different things that have resulted in this culmination at this time in our lives, but suffice it to say I personally sense a strong battle for the human soul.
It’s Magical – You Can Fly
Hello, my magical friends, Yes, no matter where you are or what’s going on around you, life is full of magic.
I’ve thought so much over the years about what magic really is, knowing we will never fully understand it, but one thing I know for sure is that your very existence is magical.
One of the most magical things on earth is the birth of a baby. You’ve been God’s magic since you took your first breath.
What is magic to you? What kind of experiences have you had that you would call magic?

JOY, DREAMS & FREEDOM
Through these next holiday weeks, I’m going to delve a little deeper into the meanings behind many of the cards I created for my coaching-in-a-moment card deck.
A little secret is that I created them for me. I love pretty things and I love little soul boosters, reminders of life to breathe in. I hope this really blesses and makes walking through each day a little brighter.
YOUR RESILIENCE DESERVES TO BE CELEBRATED
I know, resilience is hard!
Whatever circumstances have pulled on your resilience, it’s much like our body pulling on whatever nutrients and healing sources available and sending it to whatever part of your body is suffering. Whether it’s a scratch, broken bone or serious dis-ease, our bodies are the most miraculously resilient, living thing on earth.
And so are our souls.
Some call it bouncing back, some call it putting your big girl panties on. Regardless, no one escapes finding themselves in that position in one way or another.
Certainly I have many times.
KEEP AN OPEN HEART
I was thinking - In this world, as we literally live out these times of isolation, have we grown to accept it as normal, like a frog in hot water?
I was thinking about the depths of what that means, what is really happening? Have we been slowly numbed in to closing our hearts, closed to the very nutrients of our soul? I recently learned something about the agave plant. We know it has gifted us with its sweet honey-like substance, but it is actually a succulent that loves hot, dry climates. Yet, water is essential to its survival. It cannot afford to miss out on a drop when rain does finally fall and quench, therefore, its long leaves spread wide and remain open
MY WISH FOR YOU
On this last full moon of 2020 and in this New Year, my sights are set on celebrating the hope before us. The same hope that Christmas star brought to our world.
And I want you to know - My wish for you is that you uncover the magic of life and glow with the vibrant light in your soul. My wish for you
My Heart is Wounded
My heart is wounded.
Things have been hard for such a long time. I’ve learned, I’ve grown, I’ve been shown the depth of my strength, which I certainly would not have believed there was any more to be had.
I’m finding myself holding tightly to the truth of who I am, to all I know to be true. I breathe it in deeply, breaths of healing to my heart.
I wonder if you’re feeling it too.
Know this: Whatever is gone, changed, causing stress and anxiety, you survived and are surviving. That’s something to celebrate!
Yet, there are deep wounds
